By combining my knowledge as a Certified Sex Therapist and my over 20+ years experience in the theatre, I have developed a character development method that invites actors to move beyond intellectual analysis and into a lived, sensory understanding of character. By exploring how the nervous system operates alongside emotion and how it manifests within a character’s body, emotions, relationships, desires, and motivations, performers develop richer, more authentic portrayals. This embodied approach deepens character work, strengthens ensemble connection, and allows stories to unfold with greater honesty and nuance.
